And even though it’s a short one, it’s guaranteed to work your core and butt with glute activating and ab tightening exercises.

This 20-minute beginner trainer class is accessible to all levels as you work on your basic boxing moves adding on with each round and building confidence with every punch. This throwback from the 90s has a low-key tempo that’s fun to punch to without being too intense. Plus with this Punch Track, you’ll have a great time soaking in the nostalgia as you time your punches to the beat.

This 4-song sparring session features the best of the 90s hip hop and R&B! Mary walks you through some simple combinations so you can focus on generating power and building endurance. With each song, you’ll enjoy the beat, feel the pump, and bring on the energy:

And with these 90s hip hop tracks including “No Diggity” by Blackstreet and “This Is How We Do It” by Montell Jordan, finding the beat won’t be difficult. 2 Song Sparring Oldies with Maxie

Throw it back with Maxie in this 2-song sparring session featuring “Ain’t No Mountain High Enough” by Marvin Gaye and Tammi Terrell and “Dancing In The Street” by Martha Reeves and the Vandellas. You’ll work on a similar combination across both rounds so you can perfect those jabs and crosses as you box it out to two great hits from the 60s.
