What Are Punch Tracks?
With Punch Tracks, you can find your flow with the latest charting music as you choreograph your punches to the beat of a single song. They’re perfect if you’re short on time and want to sneak in a workout or if you just want to lose yourself in the music.
How it works: Once you hit play our patented Rhythm Technology syncs each light to the beat. These LED lights radiate from the shield’s center to one of Liteboxer’s six targets, telling you when and where to punch. Every accurate hit lights up green as the force sensors detect and track your every move.
Increase the difficulty: Each song has a unique punch combination and three different levels of difficulty, allowing you to choose the right level for your own pace. Go for the challenge or take it easy depending on the day.
What to choose: Our team of DJs and programmers work with the best labels and artists in the game, guaranteeing a wide variety of options. With over 100+ tracks and new ones dropping daily, there really is a Punch Track for everyone (and every mood).
