With these pros, you can get some of the best total body fitness instruction, making you more agile, stronger, and more confident.

Anthony

Master Trainer who can motivate you through your toughest moments in the ring.

With 20+ years in the ring, as well as on the pitch, this boxer turned pro soccer athlete is here to WIN. That’s why Anthony is our Lead Trainer and Director of Talent. He knows how to turn a workout into a transformation of mental and physical growth. With his unique combination of strength, agility, and mindfulness he’ll quickly become your biggest motivator as he helps inspire you to give it your all in the ring.

Training style: Expect a focus on boxing foundation as well as a journey to self-discovery. With Anthony, you aren’t just learning how to box, you’re focusing on your personal growth.

Lissa

High-energy dancing pro with a can-do attitude and dance moves that’ll leave you in a better mood with every workout.

Lissa is a professional dancer, entrepreneur, and fitness instructor with 7+ years of fitness training experience. As a dancer, Lissa brings her own special rhythm and energy to each Liteboxer workout, encouraging you to have fun and not take yourself too seriously as you punch your way towards your fitness goals. 

Training style: Lissa’s training style is powerful, energetic, soulful, and motivational. With her big energy and encouraging instruction, it’ll be easier than you might expect to give it your all in Lissa’s classes and have fun in the process.

Our favorite class with Lissa: We love time traveling with Lissa in her 30 Min Trainer Led 90’s Edition workout. You’ll be finding the beat and punching it out to 90s hip hop tracks including “No Diggity” by Blackstreet and “This Is How We Do It” by Montell Jordan. You might be dancing as much as you’re boxing, but either way, you’ll be sweating through some full-body fitness.

Chris

Performer and kickboxer with a passion for movement and having fun in the ring.

Chris joins us from Equinox with 12+ years of fitness experience — not to mention his time on the Broadway stage. Chris combines his wide range of fitness experiences — including dance, martial arts, kickboxing, and Powerstrike — to bring a fast-paced and beat-based workout into your routine. In his classes, he hopes to pave the road for his students to achieve a healthier body and mind. 

Training style: Chris has an effervescent spirit and relentless passion. His classes mesh his love for Broadway, dancing, kickboxing, and music into a beat-driven, positive, and high-energy experience. Each of his classes will be challenging, but full of engaging energy.

This class wastes no time getting your heart rate up with some quick warm-ups before diving right into rapid-fire boxing combos. Mary

Experienced Trainer and athlete who’s here to help and inspire you to build a stronger body and mind. 

What do you get when you combine athlete, mom, immigrant, and unmatched leader? You get Mary and her special flavor of badass. Mary brings agility, speed, strength, and grace to the ring. A curious learner herself, she will tap into your aspirations and expand your realm of possibilities while sculpting your legs, biceps, triceps, calves, and everything in between.

Dillon

Dancer and physical therapist in training with radiating energy and humor that’ll help you power through the hardest of workouts. 

With 8+ years of fitness instruction experience and 5 years of training in boxing and Muay Thai, Dillon is a force to be reckoned with in the ring. She’s all about the “why” behind every movement, demonstrating proper boxing technique and form along the way. As a dancer and physical therapist in training, Dillon will help you improve your form, enhance your mobility, and build strength and power one class at a time. Not only that, but she wants you to walk away feeling stronger and proud of what you’ve accomplished in the ring.

Training style: Dillon describes her classes as “fun, spicy, and groove-worthy” and we couldn’t agree more. Expect to get lost in the music as you step up to the challenge without taking yourself too seriously.

Max

Competitive triathlete focused on building your speed, agility, and mental edge.

As a former baseball player and current running coach Max knows how to get you working hard and having fun in the ring. Yes, his classes are going to be hard, but he promises that they’ll never be discouraging or negative. He strives to create an environment where everyone can find success and celebrate their wins. He’s here to make you smile, make you sweat, and build up that boxer’s grit and determination. 

Training style: Max's classes are full of high energy, a positive attitude, and Bieber fever. In his own words, Max describes his training style as “very straightforward with a major emphasis on PMA— Positive Mental Attitude.”

GW

MMA and Kickboxing fighter with a lifelong passion for sharing the grit, edge, and confidence boxing gave him growing up. 

With 8+ years of fitness training experience and a background in Muay Thai, wrestling, Jiu-Jitsu, Krav-Maga, and Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) we’re over here wondering if there’s anything that GW can’t do. For GW, boxing began as a means of self-defense, protecting himself from bullying as a kid. Since then, that practice has turned into a lifelong passion as he’s moved from student to competitor to teacher. 

Training style: With an extensive background in multiple forms of martial arts, expect a unique blend of MMA-inspired strength training and boxing in GW’s classes. You’re going to work hard and sweat a lot because GW is here to push you harder than you’ve ever been pushed before.

Myles

Musician and fitness trainer with a contagious energy that’ll keep you punching longer and harder.

Put Michael Jackson, Prince, Bon Jovi, and Drake in a blender and out pours Myles. Known for his swagger, energy, and style, you’ll quickly fall in love with all of Myles’ classes. He knows how to keep your energy high between boxing rounds with his constant smile and supportive call-outs. When he’s not in the ring as your boxing instructor, you can find Myles in the studio writing or recording his latest track

Training style: Myles’ love for music translates to his training style with a passion for punching and moving to the rhythm, resulting in the ultimate easy to follow beat-driven workout.

Jill

Brooklynette dancer and Trainer who’s ready to share her confidence and energy, one class at a time.

Jill is a Brooklynette dancer for the NBA Brooklyn Nets team with 4+ years of boxing and personal training experience. Between dancing and personal training, Jill knows how to pump up the energy while pushing you to build both strength and endurance. In her classes, Jill wants you to find your confidence and get lost in the music every single time. 

Training style: Jill’s energy encourages you to light up the ring with a beat-driven boxing experience that maximizes your performance and boosts your confidence. She wants you to be able to look in the mirror at the end of your workout and feel amazing about your effort and hard work.
