How to workout with Liteboxer this week
This week we challenge you to six days of carefully selected Liteboxer workouts for all our fighters: The 6-Day Punch-Out! Each week we'll share what we're loving the most out of all the options in the Liteboxer app, so you can step right into the ring with a hand-picked, seamless workout flow.
With our 6-Day Punch-Out, you can get the most out of Liteboxer and our best-in-class trainers. Each week features a different combination of Liteboxer classes, trainers, and music. But you can always expect a focus on boxing form, total body conditioning, endurance training, as well as some relaxing restorative.

🥊 ᴍᴏɴᴅᴀʏ: 3 Song Sparring Salsa with Kristi (@kristirandel)
Salsa right into the week with Kristi in this 3-song sparring session that will get you swaying your hips and timing your punches to the beat. Expect to practice alternating high and low combos, and maybe even some pop squats in-between as Kristi adds on the intensity with each song.
🥊 ᴛᴜᴇꜱᴅᴀʏ: 20 Min Pop + EDM bands with Lissa (@lissansmith)
Grab your resistance band for this 20-minute Pop and EDM boxing burner! Lissa talks you through every move as you box it out to your favorite guilty pleasure songs with artists MEDUZA, Skrillex, Calvin Harris, Bastille, Zedd, and Ariana Grande. You’ll start with some jumping jacks, squats, and mountain climber warm-ups and then you’ll box it out as the beat drops. Halfway through you’ll pick up your resistance band for extra leg and arm work. This one won’t be easy but we promise there’s no better way to sweat it out on a Tuesday!

Accept the challenge of our 4-song sparring EDM and Dance session to power through your mid-week! Gabe knows how to keep the energy high as you enjoy the flow and move fast with these four rounds of songs.
🎵 ᴛʜᴜʀꜱᴅᴀʏ: “Galvanize (Edit)” by Chemical Brothers, Q-Tip
This one-song workout is the perfect quick pick-me-up you need to power through the end of your busy week. Give it your all, and as the Chemical Brothers say, don’t hold back!

Throw it back to some early 2000s punk rock in this 3-song sparring session with Mary! Mary keeps it slow and simple to start so you can focus on bringing the energy and the power to your punches.
🎵 ꜱᴀᴛᴜʀᴅᴀʏ: 1 Song Warmup with Eliza (@kickitbyeliza)
This workout might say warmup but really this is your three-minute end-of-week cool down to get your heart rate up as you focus on mobility in your muscles.
