WHERE DOES LITEBOXER SHIP TO?

Currently Liteboxer ships to the following regions:

  • United States (48 Contiguous States & DC) (Excludes Hawaii and Alaska)

WHAT SIZE GLOVES SHOULD I ORDER?

Every Liteboxer comes with one pair of gloves. To determine the correct fit for your Liteboxer gloves, measure from the base of your palm to the top of your index finger.

  • Small: Less than 8” or 20cm
  • Large: More than 8” or 20cm

If you aren’t sure or your measurement is right in between the two, we recommend sizing up for a better fit.

IS THE PLATFORM EXTENDER RIGHT FOR ME?

The platform extender adds 18" to the length of the platform and is recommended for fighters over 6'1" to ensure adequate space on the platform during a workout. It includes an extended base mat, two additional hard floor covers, and all the hardware needed to connect it to your base platform.

The footprint of Liteboxer with and without the platform extender is as follows:

WHAT IS THE FOOTPRINT OF AN ASSEMBLED LITEBOXER?

Liteboxer has an assembled footprint of 37.6” x 55.5” (~95.5cm x ~141cm).

We recommend leaving 12" (~30.5cm) of clearance in the front and sides of Liteboxer's base. This additional clearance will allow for any shift in location as a result of your movement during a workout.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your Liteboxer, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Simply contact support@liteboxer.com within 30 days of delivery to initiate the return process. Please note, all items included in your purchase must be undamaged and returned along with your Liteboxer in order to receive a full refund. First-time purchases only. Return shipping charges may apply.

HARDWARE:

Any undamaged Liteboxer may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the date you received the product. To request a return, please contact support@liteboxer.com. Once your return has been received, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please ensure that the item you are returning is repackaged with all the cords, adapters and documentation that were included when you received it.

APPAREL:

Any unwashed/unworn items purchased through our online shop, excluding final sale items, may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. To request a return, please contact support@liteboxer.com. Once your return has been received, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

WHAT ARE THE HEIGHT AND WEIGHT REQUIREMENTS FOR USING LITEBOXER?

The height and weight requirements for using Liteboxer are as follows:

  • Height: 4’10” - 6'4” (147.5cm - 193cm)
  • Maximum Weight: 325lbs (147kg)

Please note: In addition to height and weight, a user will need to be at least 13 years of age to download the Liteboxer app necessary for operation.

WHAT TYPE OF TABLET OR PHONE DO I NEED TO RUN THE LITEBOXER APP?

DOES LITEBOXER INCLUDE BUILT-IN SPEAKERS?

Liteboxer does not include speakers within the unit. Instead, all audio is transmitted through the app on your smartphone or tablet. You can connect headphones or an external speaker to your iOS or Android device using a cable or bluetooth connection if applicable.

WHAT MUSIC CAN I PLAY THROUGH LITEBOXER?

Liteboxer’s punch tracks use top music from a robust range of artists and genres with the premium subscription. Basic punch tracks are available subscription-free. Due to Liteboxer’s integrated Rhythm TechnologyTM we do not recommend playing your own music through a separate app.

HOW DOES MY TABLET OR SMARTPHONE INTERACT WITH LITEBOXER?

Liteboxer uses a standard Bluetooth 4.1 LE connection to measure your performance during a training session. Your smart device will determine the music which is being played, the lighting pattern on the shield, and your hit accuracy during a session.

To maintain an accurate connection between Liteboxer and your device, keep your device on the Tablet/Phone shelf below the Uppercut Pad. This position will allow you to see notifications from the device or instructions from the trainer.

WHAT ARE TRAINER-LED CLASSES?

Liteboxer’s trainer-led workouts are exhilarating and designed to build strength, cardio endurance and mental acuity. Our team of world-class trainers lead you through rounds of boxing on Liteboxer, interspersed with active recovery and strength training.

Trainer led workouts range from 15 minutes to 45 minutes to provide a variety of different approaches to fitness. All workouts revolve around boxing but also include warm up stretches, additional cardiovascular exercises and instructions about how to improve your boxing technique.

There are 5 kinds of trainer led classes:

  1. Liteboxer Quick Hitter: A short 15-minute workout focusing on high intensity movements.
  2. Liteboxer Full Body: A 30-minute workout designed to engage the full body.
  3. Liteboxer Beats: A 20-minute workout where you punch to the rhythm of the music.
  4. Liteboxer Fundamentals: A 20-minute workout to teach you about each of the Liteboxer contact points.
  5. Liteboxer Endurance: A 45-minute workout for people looking to train skill and stamina.

WHAT ARE THE POWER REQUIREMENTS FOR LITEBOXER?

Liteboxer is powered using a 5V DC - 3.1A power source with a USB cable. Both the power source and cable are included with the unit and we strongly encourage that you use only the power source provided.

The Liteboxer power source contains outlets for both USB-A to USB-C cables.

A cable to charge your smartphone or tablet is not included in the Liteboxer package.
