Location: Remote (Boston, New York, or Los Angeles preferred)
As Community Manager, you will:
- Develop and execute a content & community engagement strategy across all channels.
- Manage cross-promotional opportunities to increase brand awareness.
- Create and schedule 20 new Instagram posts per month, daily Instagram stories and translate messaging/posts across other channels as appropriate
- Lead with strong copy writing skills and demonstrate fluency in video editing
- Help organically grow Instagram follower base by ~ 1,500-2,000 per month.
- Respond to general questions and comments from followers across all channels.
- Collaborate with Growth Marketing Manager, Creative Director, Brand Engagement Manager, and Trainer Team
- Create performance reports with clear KPIs, analyze metrics to determine success.
- Thrive as a self starter in an energizing startup environment.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in account management, influencer marketing, content marketing, or social media management/marketing. Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Journalism or Communications a plus.
- Proven history of content creation and community building
- Must possess a passion for consumer marketing and social media - bonus for interest and experience beauty, wellness, and/or fitness.
- Customer service-oriented mindset by nature and motivated self starter.
- Outstanding written, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage client and stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time/communication effectively
- Proficiency across Google platforms and social listening and tracking
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
