As a Refer-a-Friend member you are subject to Liteboxer’s Terms of Service (available on our website), as well as the following additional Terms & Conditions for Liteboxer’s Refer-a-Friend program:

• Qualified Referral: A Qualified Referral is defined as a purchase made at liteboxer.com by a person (a "Referred Customer") who arrives at our website by clicking your Refer-a-Friend program link. You are limited to one Qualified Referral for each Referred Customer; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a Referred Customer are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals.
• Referred Customer: The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address) Program Details: $100 Gift Card for Referrer (subject to Limitations below), $100 discount off the purchase of a Liteboxer unit for the Referred Customer
• Limitations: The Referrer may only earn up to a maximum of $599 in Rewards value per calendar. The count will reset every calendar year. Any additional or subsequent purchases made by a Referred Customer for any item will not be considered. No partial rewards will be given.
• Program Participation: No previous purchase is required. Once a Referrer refers a Friend, he/she will be provided with a unique referral link that allows the Advocate to receive credit for referrals.
• Eligibility: Eligibility is limited to individuals only. Friend must complete an order inclusive of a Liteboxer unit of value greater than or equal to $750 in order for Advocate to receive reward
• Reward Payments: Advocate will receive gift card via email 5 days after the Friends purchase has been processed
• Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms: Liteboxer reserves the right to cancel the Refer-a-Friend Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Any unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited at that time.
