How do you describe your training style?
I want everyone to feel empowered by what they’re body can do. I often prefer the modification to the standard exercise and train with knowledge rooted in anatomy and my cues inspired by anatomy puns.
What do you love most about boxing?
I love how fierce I feel when I box. I love the feeling of being able to hold my ground and put up a good fight.
