Emily is an LA-based fitness instructor and stickler for form over flare. Her goal is to get you in tune with what feels good for your body, as opposed to what looks good. She feels her best when moving her body to the beat and helping others do the same. Her passion for coaching boxing stems from a vast background in teaching kickboxing and indoor cycling.
Emily started her fitness career in 2015 in Boston and wants you to expect a sweat mash-up of musicality as well as strength styles in her classes. Emily will leave you feeling accomplished, refreshed, and grateful.
