With so many great Trainers to choose from, the real question is: who’s leading your next workout? It’s time to find your favorites:

Anthony

Master Trainer who can motivate you through your toughest moments in the ring.

He knows how to turn a workout into a transformation of mental and physical growth. With his unique combination of strength, agility, and mindfulness he’ll quickly become your biggest motivator as he helps inspire you to give it your all in the ring.

Training style: Expect a focus on boxing foundation as well as a journey to self-discovery. With Anthony, you aren’t just learning how to box, you’re focusing on your personal growth.

  • Motivational

  • Encouraging

  • Fast-paced

  • Form-focused

Our favorite class with Anthony: Try one of Anthony’s FOCUS classes, like 3 Punch Combos or Speed. He does a great job of walking you through proper boxing techniques while keeping you on your toes (literally!).

Lissa

High-energy dancing pro with a can-do attitude and dance moves that’ll leave you in a better mood with every workout.

Lissa is a professional dancer, entrepreneur, and fitness instructor with 7+ years of fitness training experience. As a dancer, Lissa brings her own special rhythm and energy to each Litesport workout, encouraging you to have fun and not take yourself too seriously as you punch your way towards your fitness goals.

Training style: Lissa’s training style is powerful, energetic, soulful, and motivational. With her big energy and encouraging instruction, it’ll be easier than you might expect to give it your all in Lissa’s classes and have fun in the process.

  • Fun

  • High-energy

  • Rhythm-focused

  • Confident

  • Dance-infused

Our favorite class with Lissa: We love time traveling with Lissa in her 30 Min Trainer Led 90’s Edition workout. You’ll be finding the beat and punching it out to 90s hip hop tracks including “No Diggity” by Blackstreet and “This Is How We Do It” by Montell Jordan. You might be dancing as much as you’re boxing, but either way, you’ll be sweating through some full-body fitness.

Max

Competitive triathlete focused on building your speed, agility, and mental edge.

As a former baseball player and current running coach Max knows how to get you working hard and having fun in the ring. Yes, his classes are going to be hard, but he promises that they’ll never be discouraging or negative. He strives to create an environment where everyone can find success and celebrate their wins. He’s here to make you smile, make you sweat, and build up that boxer’s grit and determination.

Training style: Max's classes are full of high energy, a positive attitude, and Bieber fever. In his own words, Max describes his training style as “very straightforward with a major emphasis on PMA— Positive Mental Attitude.”

  • Strength and form-focused

  • Positive

  • Encouraging

  • Motivational

Our favorite class with Max: It’s no secret that Max loves a good Bieber ballad, which is why we recommend Max’s 4 Song Sparring Session Justin Bieber edition. We also recommend pressing play on his 4 Song Sparring Session Pop Rock Battle and 3 Song Sparring Session Dance Beginner.

GW

MMA and Kickboxing fighter with a lifelong passion for sharing the grit, edge, and confidence boxing gave him growing up.

With 8+ years of fitness training experience and a background in Muay Thai, wrestling, Jiu-Jitsu, Krav-Maga, and Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) we’re over here wondering if there’s anything that GW can’t do. For GW, boxing began as a means of self-defense, protecting himself from bullying as a kid. Since then, that practice has turned into a lifelong passion as he’s moved from student to competitor to teacher.

Training style: With an extensive background in multiple forms of martial arts, expect a unique blend of MMA-inspired strength training and boxing in GW’s classes. You’re going to work hard and sweat a lot because GW is here to push you harder than you’ve ever been pushed before.

  • Powerful

  • Easy to follow

  • Form-focused

  • Confident

  • Beat-driven

Our favorite class with GW: We recommend both GW’s 2 Song Upper Body Hip Hop and 2 Song Mitt Drill Hip Hop classes. These were our most popular Strength and Mitt Drill workouts from 2023. Plus, who doesn’t love a good hip-hop workout sesh?

Jill

Brooklynette dancer and Trainer who’s ready to share her confidence and energy, one class at a time.

Jill is a Brooklynette dancer for the NBA Brooklyn Nets team with 4+ years of boxing and personal training experience. Between dancing and personal training, Jill knows how to pump up the energy while pushing you to build both strength and endurance. In her classes, Jill wants you to find your confidence and get lost in the music every single time.

Training style: Jill’s energy encourages you to light up the ring with a beat-driven boxing experience that maximizes your performance and boosts your confidence. She wants you to be able to look in the mirror at the end of your workout and feel amazing about your effort and hard work.

  • Confident

  • High-energy

  • Encouraging

  • Positive

  • Sassy

Our favorite class with Jill: According to Jill, you should leave all of her classes feeling like “a jillion bucks”. But, we especially recommend checking out her Strength Training classes. As a dancing pro, Jill knows how to target those muscles in a way that’ll make you feel extra sore the next day.

Aliyah

Cheerleading alum who’s ready to lead you through your next workout with a positive attitude and upbeat teaching style.

This Florida native turned New Yorker has 6+ years of boxing and training experience, not to mention 10 years of competitive cheerleading. Even though she didn’t grow up boxing, Aliyah is no stranger to challenging sports. She spent 10 years in competitive cheerleading and has experience dancing, playing volleyball, and weightlifting. Her hard work ethic, stamina, and fitness background make her the perfect Trainer for your next workout.

Training style: Expect to have fun as you work out with Aliyah! Throughout class, she’ll encourage you to keep moving and punching with her infectious positivity, hilarious honesty, and motivating instruction. And simple and effective is the name of her game. Aliyah knows how to structure a successful workout that kicks your butt but leaves you feeling great at the same time. After all, she wants you to get in a good workout, but she knows that the real goal is to have fun and feel good about yourself in the process.

  • Fun

  • Simple and effective

  • Motivational

  • High-energy

Our favorite class with Aliyah: We love celebrating the queens of hip hop with Aliyah in her 3 Song Mitt Drill Hip Hop Queens workout! In this class, Aliyah leads you through 3 rounds of boxing and weaving and non-stop combos as GloRilla, Cardi B, Nicki Minaj, and Doechii take charge of the beat. You’ll use all 6 targets on the Liteshield in this class as you get those arms working and muscles pumping. It’s a great way to have fun, get in a quick sweat, and build your boxing skillset.

JD

Amateur boxer and personal trainer ready to share his love for the sport.

Julian Devine “JD” is an amateur boxer, personal trainer, and YouTube sensation hailing from Apple Valley, Minnesota. But today you’ll find him in the Big Apple of New York City where he trains with two-time world champion Joan Guzman out of the famous Gleason's Gym in Brooklyn. When he’s not training, you can find him at The Strength Club in NYC where he works as a personal trainer.

Training style: JD is ready to coach you all the way to the finish line. With over six years of boxing experience expect a focus on boxing form, technique, and endurance in his classes. And get ready to walk away from each class with a new skill or newfound confidence.

  • Encouraging

  • Uplifting

  • Form-focused

  • Boxing passion and background

Our favorite class with JD: We love JD’s 3 Song Total Body Reggaeton workout. It’s spicy, fun, and it’ll kick your butt. It’s a guaranteed good workout and a fun time as JD leads you through rounds of rope slams, speed bags, squats, and more.

Christina

Pro-MMA fighter and devoted trainer who brings a fighting spirit and a focus on form to every workout.

Christina’s career in fitness started over 12+ years ago, but she’s been an athlete her whole life. From D1 track and field to the world of mixed martial arts, Christina’s impressive background makes her the perfect trainer to help you achieve your fitness goals. She’s also starred in season 26 of The Ultimate Fighter and started her own “X-Marks the Spot Fitness” business. So it’s safe to say that Christina is unlike any other trainer, and her classes are ones you won’t want to miss.

Training style: Christina’s training philosophy is built on the principles of strength, agility, and functional fitness. So no matter your goals, Chistina can help you get there whether that’s building muscle, improving your athletic performance, or embarking on a weight loss journey.

  • Form-focused

  • Tough yet motivating

  • Encouraging

  • Confident

Our favorite class with Christina: If you own a Liteboxer Floor Stand or Wall Mount join Christina in our “Stepping Into the Ring” 10-class workout series. This boot camp-like series takes you through a variety of strength, conditioning, boxing, and MMA workouts. It’s unlike any other class on the Liteboxer app because the series gives you the chance to train like a real-world UFC fighter.
