Traditionally, our Litesport workouts are led by a single trainer. But with the launch of Teamwork, we’re bringing you a dynamic duo of trainers. Picture this: two trainers guiding you through your workout, seamlessly exchanging stories while motivating you to push your limits. It's more than just a workout; it's an immersive fitness experience where the trainers' personalities shine through, creating an environment that is not only effective but also incredibly fun.

What sets these Teamwork workouts apart is the lively banter between the trainers. To kick off this exciting new feature, we’re launching a series of six Strength workouts featuring none other than UFC fighter and Litesport Trainer Christina Marks. Christina joins forces with our other trainers GW, Jill, Max, Aliyah, JD, and Lissa to bring you a double-the-trainer fitness experience. The fusion of Christina's expertise in combat sports with the diverse skill sets of our other Litesport trainers promises a workout regimen that caters to all fitness levels.

But that's not all – we’ve got more workouts in store for you! A second series featuring Trainer Anthony is in the works, promising even more variety and excitement.
