What is the November Fitness Challenge?
The November Fitness Challenge involves both a Weekly Punch Track Competition with the chance to win prizes every week plus the opportunity to challenge yourself weekly to a 5-Day Workout Plan designed by your Liteboxer Trainers.
Weekly Punch Track Competition
How does it work? Every Sunday in our Facebook community and Monday in the weekly drop email, we’ll announce a brand-new Punch Track competition song. The fighters with the highest punch score on easy, medium, and hard levels of that Punch Track will win Liteboxer swag + a free Bose speaker.*
How do I enter the competition? No entry into the competition is necessary, all Liteboxers who complete that week’s Punch Track competition song by the deadline listed below are eligible to win.* However, we highly encourage you to join the Facebook group so you don’t miss weekly announcements, updates, and workouts for the challenge.
When can I compete? This is a 4-week challenge starting November 15. During each week of the competition, you’ll have from Sunday at 9:00 a.m. EST until Tuesday at 11:59 p.m. EST to complete the Punch Track competition song for your chance to win.*
Can I try more than once? You can complete each week’s Punch Track competition song as many times as you’d like. Only your best score will count towards the competition, so now’s the time to fight for your personal best.
Where will winners be announced? We’ll announce each week’s winners in our Facebook community.
What can I win? Weekly challenge winners will receive Liteboxer swag + a free Bose speaker.*
*Please note that each person is only eligible to win one prize throughout the duration of the fitness challenge.
5-Day Workout Plans
How does it work? At the start of each week of the competition, our Liteboxer Trainers will post a 5-Day Workout Plan in our Facebook community. This is a great way to challenge yourself further and reach your fitness goals, one punch at a time. It’s also a chance to prepare yourself for the Weekly Punch Track Competition so you’re ready to rank at the top of the leaderboard.
Is there a prize for completing the 5-Day Workout Plan? There is no prize for completing the 5-Day Workout Plan. While we all love to win, the real prize is a healthy November focused on staying fit and having fun, one punch at a time. And that’s what your trainers, our community, and these 5-day workouts are all about.
So how can you tell if you’re in the lead? Check out our brand-new Leaderboards in your Liteboxer app to see where you stand.
We’ve had a lot of exciting new changes here at Liteboxer, including rolling out a brand-new feature in your Liteboxer app called Leaderboards.
What are Leaderboards? For each Punch Track, you can now view your score against other fighters on the Leaderboard. Each Leaderboard is separated by difficulty (easy, medium, hard) so you can compete for the top spot while still boxing at the right level for you.
How does Liteboxer calculate my score? Your score is now based on a per punch value. Each target you successfully punch in time earns you a base of 10 points. You’ll also get extra points when you’re in the flow and nailing multiple successful punches in a row, or what’s called a streak. What does this mean for me? With Leaderboards, you’re no longer just competing against yourself. Now you can unlock a whole new level of motivation through competition as you fight for the top spot.
Can I use Leaderboards to check my status in the Weekly Punch Track Competition? Absolutely! Check the Leaderboard for that week’s Punch Track competition song to see if you’re in the top spot.
Proud of your score? Whether you win or not you can post a photo of your score and tag @liteboxer on social media at any time for a chance to be featured on our channel.

Our Liteboxer Facebook Community is the main hub of communication for our November Fitness Challenge where updates will be announced, details will be shared, and winners will be crowned.
