The biggest winner of the night was Jon Batiste with 11 nominations and five wins including Album of the Year. R&B Silk Sonic duo, featuring Anderson .Paak and Bruno Mars, had a few surprise wins, taking home four trophies including Record of the Year. Olivia Rodrigo had a big night with a performance of her hit song “driver’s license”, seven nominations, and three wins including Best New Artist.

Billie Eilish

Billie Eilish Punch Track workouts available in the Litesport app:

  • “bad guy”
  • “Happier Than Ever”

Billie Eilish’s second studio album, Happier Than Ever, was nominated this year for Album of the Year and Best Pop Vocal Album. Her hit single by the same name was also nominated for Record of the Year, Song of the Year, Best Music Video, Best Pop Solo Performance, and Best Music Film.

While she didn’t walk away with a win this year, Eilish won Record of the Year for “bad guy” in 2020 and “Everything I Wanted” in 2021. Still, she stunned us with last night’s performance of “Happier Than Ever” and her tribute to artist Taylor Hawkins.

She might not have won this year but you can show the love to this amazing artist by boxing it out to some of her biggest hits—“bad guy” and “Happier Than Ever”—right in the Litesport app.

Olivia Rodrigo

Olivia Rodrigo Punch Track workouts available in the Litesport app:

  • “deja vu”
  • “good 4 u”

If you haven’t heard the breakup drama of Olivia Rodrigo’s Sour album, now’s the time to press play. Her album, featuring relatable lyrics about a teenage breakup, took the world by storm after its release in 2021. It’s no surprise that the young star had seven Grammy nominations and three wins this year, including Best New Artist (which is a title she took home back in 2021 at the VMAs!).

Her album Sour was nominated for Album of the Year and Best Pop Vocal Album and her popular single “driver’s license” was nominated for Record of the Year, Song of the Year, and Best Pop Solo Performance. Lastly, “good 4 u”, another hit song from the Sour album, was nominated for Best Music Video. Rodrigo took home trophies for Best New Artist, Best Pop Solo Performance, and Best Pop Vocal Album while delivering an amazing performance of “driver’s license”.

Let out some steam by boxing to the beat of the raw and angsty lyrics of “deja vu” and “good 4 u” with our Litesport Punch Tracks

St. Vincent

  • "Fast Slow Disco"

American singer, songwriter, actress, and producer Annie Clark—known by her stage name St. Vincent—won Best Alternative Music Album at the Grammy Awards this year for her sixth album, Daddy's Home

The artist also took home a Grammy trophy back in 2015 for her album St. Vincent. In 2019, she  received another nomination, but no win, for her album Masseduction. She did win Best Rock Song for her single “Masseduction”, giving her a total of three Grammy awards across her career.

Discover this artist—if you haven’t already!—by boxing to the beat of her latest remix, “Fast Slow Disco”, an uptempo version of the song “Slow Disco” from her MassEducation album.

Glass Animals

  • "Heat Waves"

This British indie rock band—consisting of childhood friends Dave Bayley, Joe Seaward, Ed Irwin-Singer, and Drew MacFarlane—is celebrating their first-ever Grammy nomination for this year’s Best New Artist. Although the win for the category went to Olivia Rodrigo, the group’s boom into mainstream popularity with their hit single “Heat Waves” is undeniable.

Bayley wrote and produced all three of the band’s albums and pulled together “Heat Waves” late one night after a long day in the studio. Not only is the song the group’s first Billboard Hot 100 entry (it reached the number one spot!), but it also placed first on the Triple J Hottest 100 of 2020, and surpassed over one billion streams on Spotify.

Justin Bieber

Justin Bieber Punch Track workouts available in the Litesport app:

  • “Sorry”
  • “Peaches”
  • “Ghost”

Justin Bieber, who rose to fame as a young artist in 2008, has a whopping 22 Grammy nominations, with two wins so far in his career. Although he had eight total nominations in this year’s 64th Annual Grammy Awards he, like Eilish, walked away with no new trophies to add to the shelf.

His album Justice was nominated for Album of the Year and Best Pop Vocal Album. The hit song “Peaches” off the Justice album was nominated for Record of the Year, Song of the Year, Best R&B Performance, and Best Music Video. He also had nominations for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance with Benny Blanco for their song “Lonely” and Best Pop Solo Performance for his song “Anyone”.

Sign yourself up for some Bieber fever with Punch Tracks “Sorry,” “Peaches,” and “Ghost,” right in the Litesport app.

Ariana Grande

Ariana Grande Punch Track workouts available in the Litesport app:

  • “Rain On Me”
  • “positions”

This pop queen is no stranger to the Grammys with 15 nominations and two wins so far in her career. This year it’s all about her sixth studio album, Positions, and the hit song by the same name. Although she didn’t attend this year’s Grammys, she was nominated in three categories, including Best Pop Vocal Album, Best Pop Solo Performance, and her feature on Doja Cat’s Album of the Year for the Planet Her Deluxe album.

Like Justin Bieber, Grande was going for the win in a category that she’s been nominated for multiple times. She’s currently tied with pop stars Kelly Clarkson and Taylor Swift for the most nominations in the Best Pop Solo Performance category, but this star hasn’t taken home the win just yet.

She’s still a winner in our book, and you can punch it out to the amazing vocals of Ariana Grande in Litesport's Punch Tracks.
