Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with Litesport

Join us in celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month from September 15 to October 15! Hispanic Heritage Month is an annual observance in the United States that celebrates the rich history, culture, and contributions of Hispanic and Latino Americans. This month-long celebration encompasses the independence anniversaries of several Latin American countries, including Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Mexico, and Chile.

This month is about taking the time to acknowledge and appreciate all the many accomplishments and contributions of this vibrant community. It’s also an important moment to create a sense of unity and appreciation for our nation’s diverse heritage. At Litesport, we're getting in the spirit by boxing and working out with top Latin artists like Bad Bunny, KAROL G, and Daddy Yankee. Here’s how you can join us for the celebration:

New Hispanic Heritage Month Punch Tracks

We're dropping two brand-new Punch Tracks for Hispanic Heritage Month that will get you moving and punching to the beat. One track represents the energetic and vibrant genre of reggaeton, which originated in Puerto Rico in the late 1990s. It combines Latin American and Caribbean musical styles with elements of hip-hop, dancehall, and electronic music. The other track showcases tropipop, a fusion of traditional Latin American rhythms with contemporary pop elements. This genre emerged in Colombia and other Latin American countries in the late 1990s and early 2000s.

Don't miss out on these amazing Punch Tracks:

  • "S91" by KAROL G

  • “Energía Bacana” by Sebastián Yatra

Hispanic Heritage Month Total Body & Mitt Drill Classes

We’re also bringing the Latin flavor to one Mitt Drill and two Total Body workouts! Mitt Drills center around real punch combos that your Trainer will build on progressively as you box to the beat. In Total Body workouts, you’ll take on full-body exercises incorporating exciting and responsive VR elements. You’ll slam battle ropes, rack up points on the speed bag, avoid overhead ropes with ducks and squats, and engage your full body in every workout.

Here’s what you can expect in these Hispanic Heritage Month-themed classes:

2 Song Mitt Drill Hispanic Heritage Month with JD

Something about Latin music just gets JD going—and we think this workout will get you going too! In this 2 song Mitt Drill, Trainer JD leads you through combo after combo with a playlist that’s all about the artist Ozuna. Ozuna is a Puerto Rican and Dominican singer and rapper who will get you punching on the beat to his unique blend of reggaeton, Latin trap, and R&B. So press play and let this chart-topping artist bring you to the top of the Leaderboard!

4 Song Total Body Hispanic Heritage Month with JD

In this 4-song Total Body workout, all you’ve got to do is follow along with your Trainer JD. He’ll lead you through rounds of standing marches, lunges, squats, battle ropes, and as many reps as you can on the speed bag. Throughout this workout, you’ll sway your hips and throw your fists to the beat of some of JD’s favorite Latin artists. This includes Colombian singers J Balvin and KAROL G, Venezuelan singer Nacho, and Puerto Rican singers Yandel, Bad Bunny, and Don Omar. Get fired up because this workout is a ton of fun—and sure to leave you feeling sore but strong.

2 Song Total Body Hispanic Heritage Month with Jill

This isn’t any normal Total Body Workout—we’re celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month with Trainer Jill! As a dancer, Jill has always loved Latin music. And that love shines through in this workout. It might only be two rounds, but this class is nonstop energy the whole time as Jill leads you through squat pulses, knee drives, battle ropes, reverse lunges, and more. You’ll feel the burn as you hold steady in those squat pulses. And if it feels hard, let the music from artists Don Omar and Daddy Yankee take you to that next level (and maybe that new high score!).

Join the celebration by tagging us in your videos as you box to the beat of these influential Latin artists and brand-new tracks. And don’t forget to join us on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and our blog for even more release updates and announcements, plus interviews with Trainers JD, Aliyah, and Jill on what Hispanic Heritage Month means to them.
